Description
The Clinical Nurse Educator coordinates and delivers nursing education, orientation, competency validation, in-service training, continuing education, and simulation programs for Sutter Health’s nursing staff. The role assesses learning needs, develops and evaluates educational programs, maintains compliance records, and collaborates with clinical, support, management, regulatory, and college stakeholders. It requires a registered nurse license, BLS certification, an oncology-related certificate, and five years of recent relevant experience, with two years of oncology experience preferred. The position is a short-hour, variable-day schedule with occasional weekend requirements and pays $90.93 to $127.29 per hour.
