Caring Hands Home Health Care is hiring a Clinical Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide safe, individualized nursing care to students with medical and complex health needs during transportation to and from school. The role involves administering medications and treatments, performing procedures such as tracheostomy care, suctioning, enteral feeding, oxygen therapy, and seizure management, monitoring student health, and communicating with families, schools, transportation staff, and the clinical team. The position offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or statutory holidays, and pays $27.54 per hour.
