Description
The RN Clinical Supervisor maintains safe and efficient clinical operations in a physician-led clinic, supervising registered nurses and medical assistants, coaching staff, managing supplies and patient flow, overseeing compliance and infection-control measures, and supporting emergency response and provider procedures. The role requires an associate’s degree in nursing or higher, a current and valid District of Columbia registered nurse license, and at least two years of relevant clinical experience with demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
