Description
Eucalyptus is hiring a Clinical Operations Associate to own consult quality end-to-end within Medical Operations. The role coaches practitioners, runs quality audits, manages performance, develops quality metrics and coaching content, and reports insights to stakeholders. It requires an AHPRA-registered clinician with at least three years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to build programs and processes from scratch; experience in telehealth, digital health, or a fast-moving healthcare environment is a plus.
