Description
The Clinical Operations Associate supports nursing and health sciences students preparing for clinical or practical experiences by coordinating with health records partners, maintaining student files and health record databases, tracking assignments, managing communications and contracts with clinical sites, and assisting with document management software. The role requires an associate's degree, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively; project management and customer service skills are preferred. It is a hybrid position with two days in the Albany office and remote work on the remaining days, with core hours of 8:30 AM–5:00 PM for a 37.5-hour week, and a hiring salary range of $40,000.00–$42,000.00.
