Description
The Clinical Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of an outpatient rehabilitation or physical therapy clinic, including business-office staff supervision, patient and third-party payer billing, financial tracking, regulatory compliance, scheduling, and coordination with clinic leadership, students, referral sources, insurance companies, patients, and visitors. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least two years managing healthcare or rehabilitation clinic operations, knowledge of billing and coding, EMR and scheduling proficiency, and the ability to supervise staff and manage operational challenges. It is a 12-month full-time classified position based in Norfolk, Virginia, requiring regular on-site presence, with an annual salary range of $65,000–$75,000.
