Description

Arbor Biotechnologies is hiring a clinical operations professional to manage clinical study sites and external vendors for early-phase rare disease trials. The role involves budget and timeline management, study planning and documentation, vendor oversight, regulatory and ethics submissions, and coordination across cross-functional teams for US and global clinical studies in a biotech startup environment.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of relevant and progressive clinical operations experience
Experience managing early-phase clinical studies in rare diseases
Experience with ethics and regulatory dossier submissions such as pre-IND, IND, Scientific Advice, and CTA
Experience working with CROs, functional service providers, and third-party vendors
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in both pharmaceutical and biotech industries
Knowledge of mRNA, RNAi, gene therapy, or gene editing therapeutics
Proficiency with Smartsheet or Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed team environment
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
