Description
PSI is hiring a Clinical Operations Supervisor to lead line management and mentoring of Monitors, conduct site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits, supervise Site Management Associates, support quality control and investigational-product accountability, and train Clinical Operations staff. The role is hybrid at either the Tokyo or Osaka office and requires a life sciences degree or equivalent education, at least two years of CRA mentoring or training experience, Japanese and English proficiency, MS Office skills, and availability to travel up to 60%.
