Description
The Wellness Support Team is hiring a full-time, fixed-term Clinical Pharmacist for a six-month maternity-leave cover across clinics in Ōtara and Manurewa, Auckland, New Zealand. The role provides clinical pharmacy services in a multidisciplinary primary-care setting, including medication reviews and reconciliation, medicines education, adherence support, prescribing recommendations, quality improvement, and culturally safe patient-centred care. Applicants need a recognised Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent, an unrestricted current Annual Practising Certificate, and a postgraduate clinical pharmacy qualification or progress toward one; two years of recent primary-care or hospital pharmacy experience is advantageous.
