Description
The Pharmacist provides clinical pharmacy services under limited supervision, including prescription review, dispensing and compounding, patient counseling, medication education, therapeutic drug monitoring, anticoagulation, nutritional support, hematology/oncology pharmacy, medication-use evaluation, pain management, and adverse-drug-reaction reporting. The role also supervises support personnel, maintains medication and supply inventories, ensures regulatory compliance, and coordinates patient and staff education. Applicants must have a pharmacy degree or foreign equivalency and obtain Michigan Registered Pharmacist and Controlled Substance licensures within three months of entry.
