GPDQ is hiring a Clinical Prescribing Pharmacist (Primary Care) as a self-employed contractor to work remotely from home. The role assesses, diagnoses, manages, and prescribes for patients with minor and acute illnesses through digital consultations, requiring autonomous clinical decision-making, red-flag recognition, escalation, safety-netting, and clear documentation. Candidates must be UK-registered with the GPhC, hold an Independent Prescribing qualification, and have recent hands-on experience independently assessing and managing minor or acute illness presentations. Flexible full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with a stated start date of 15 September and a Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm shift pattern.
