The role requires a Master/PhD in a natural science or medicine, at least 10 years of global pharmaceutical drug development and leadership experience, and at least 5 years of clinical development experience. The position is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts or Gaithersburg, Maryland, with an average minimum of three days per week in the office, and offers an annual base pay range of $233,586 to $350,379 plus incentives, retirement, paid time off, and health, dental, and vision coverage.
