Description

Guidehouse is seeking a full-time Clinical Program Manager to coordinate complex clinical research programs in Bethesda, MD. The role involves end-to-end project management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and support for various aspects of clinical trials including protocol development, regulatory submissions, and financial management. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field and at least four years of experience in clinical research.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Four (4) years of experience supporting clinical research programs.
Experience supporting complex clinical research portfolios and coordinating across stakeholders.
Experience with clinical trial management systems and research databases.
Experience with technology transfer agreements, clinical trial agreements, cooperative research and development agreements, or similar partnerships.
Experience supporting NIH, NCI, academic medical centers, or federally funded research programs.
Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in any of the following: SOCRA, FAC-P/M, FAC-COR, and/or PMP Certification.
Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills.
Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) certification.
Experience in clinical trial design, feasibility assessments, and regulatory processes.
Experience supporting multi-site or multi-center clinical trials.
