RAMS Kindezi is hiring a Clinical Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical and program operations of its Black Perinatal Wellness program in San Francisco. The role provides direct supervision and mentoring of behavioral health staff, coordinates with community partners, develops policies and evaluation strategies, and delivers culturally relevant, trauma-informed counseling and case management to Black/African American birthing families. Candidates must have a relevant master’s degree, California clinical licensure, clinical supervision experience, and at least three years of trauma-informed behavioral health experience.
