Northlake Behavioral Health is hiring a full-time Clinical Program Manager to lead the clinical and daily operations of a new Veterans Services residential program in Louisiana. The role oversees admissions, staffing, safety, behavioral health and substance use services, clinical supervision, crisis response, quality improvement, compliance, documentation, community partnerships, budgets, and program launch processes. Candidates need a relevant master’s degree, current Louisiana clinical licensure, and at least three years of post-master’s experience including supervision or program coordination.
