Description
The MST Supervisor leads and supports 1–2 MST teams serving youth and families, providing clinical and administrative oversight, weekly individual and group supervision, guidance through the MST analytic process, referral and caseload management, and community-partner relationships. The role requires a master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field and either full licensure as an LPC, LISW-CP, or LMFT or two years of MST experience. Compensation ranges from $57,917 to $62,488 for non-licensed supervisors and $64,980 to $70,108 for licensed supervisors, with benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
