Description
The MST Supervisor leads and supports 1–2 MST teams serving youth and families, providing clinical and administrative oversight, weekly individual and group supervision, guidance through the MST analytic process, referral and caseload management, and community-partner relationships. The role requires a master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field and either full licensure as an LPC, LISW-CP, or LMFT or two years of MST experience. Non-licensed supervisors earn $57,917–$62,488, while licensed supervisors earn $64,980–$70,108.
