Description
The MST Supervisor leads and supports 1–2 MST teams serving youth and families, providing clinical and administrative oversight, weekly individual and group supervision, MST analytic guidance, referral and caseload management, and community-partner relationships. The role requires a master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field, with preferred experience in youth and family behavioral needs and family treatment models. Compensation ranges from $57,917 to $70,108 depending on licensure and experience, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
