The role provides active clinical leadership and direct supervision to mental health and substance use disorder treatment staff, including case managers and clinicians, while also delivering direct clinical care, developing evidence-based treatment protocols, evaluating staff performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting clinical workflows. The position requires a relevant master’s degree, more than three years of behavioral health experience, leadership experience, Larimer County service-plan experience, and an active Colorado professional license.
