CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is hiring a Clinical Project Coordinator to support Clinical Project Managers, Directors, and Clinical Research Managers across clinical project lifecycles. The role handles project documentation, site and vendor invoice processing, milestone payments, feasibility and start-up activities, trial master file and Investigator Site File maintenance, audit support, drug and supply management, and coordination with clinical, regulatory, data, safety, and vendor teams. Regional responsibilities include APAC, LATAM, MEA, and North America, with North America also supporting RWE activities. The position reports to a Clinical Research Manager and requires a bachelor’s degree in an allied health or health/natural science field, 1–2 years of clinical research experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
