Description
Salma Health is hiring a board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist specializing in interventional psychiatry to provide direct care for patients with complex, treatment-resistant mood and psychiatric disorders. The role includes TMS, SAINT, esketamine or IV ketamine administration, medication management, clinical program development, quality oversight, regulatory compliance, and oversight of advanced practice providers. The position is based in the Phoenix, Arizona clinic on Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with total compensation potential of $450,000–$500,000 including a $200,000 base salary and RVU-based incentives.
