Workplace Options (WPO) is hiring a Clinical Psychologist in Ghent, Belgium, or remotely anywhere in Belgium to provide phone-based psychological assessments, crisis and case management, short-term therapy, and referrals as part of a clinical team supporting employee well-being. The role requires a master’s degree in psychology or a related field, at least two years of directly relevant experience, strong spoken English, and familiarity with short-term counseling approaches such as solution-focused therapy, CBT, mindfulness, integrative, and systemic counseling. The position is full-time, permanent, and can be hybrid or fully remote depending on location, with French also required.
