Cardiovascular Associates of America is hiring a full-time Clinical Quality Performance Analyst for a fully remote role. The position supports enterprise-wide cardiovascular quality improvement and performance initiatives, including MIPS/MVPs, payer reporting, clinical quality and patient safety programs, and provider-, practice-, and network-level performance analysis. Responsibilities include developing dashboards and scorecards, identifying quality trends, supporting audit readiness, and presenting findings to clinical and operational stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant health or data field, at least five years of clinical or outcomes research experience, clinical dataset experience, and fluency in SQL and PowerBI.
