Blackbird Health is hiring a fully remote Clinical Quality Supervisor to lead clinical quality assurance and professional development across its therapy team while maintaining a direct care caseload. The role includes reviewing clinical notes and charts, establishing quality benchmarks, providing individual and group supervision, coaching clinicians, supporting hiring and training, and delivering evidence-based pediatric psychotherapy. Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania LCSW, supervise master’s-level clinicians and pre-licensed therapists, and have at least three years of post-licensure clinical experience. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and a salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 USD.
