Prosper Health is hiring a Clinical Recruiter to build and expand its clinical talent pipeline by sourcing, engaging, and hiring psychologists and therapists who serve autistic and neurodivergent adults. The role manages full-cycle recruiting from outreach through offer acceptance, partners with clinical leaders to define hiring needs, verifies multi-state licenses and credentials, maintains ATS records, reports recruiting progress, and improves sourcing approaches and processes. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication, relationship building, prioritization, organization, creative problem solving, and expert proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting tools.
