Description
The Clinical Research Coordinator in the Johns Hopkins University Department of Emergency Medicine supports single- and multicenter infectious disease studies and emergency-department public health programs focused on HIV, viral hepatitis, and sexually transmitted infections. Working under a Research Program Manager, the coordinator manages protocol implementation, participant recruitment, screening, informed consent, scheduling, specimen and data collection, data entry and integrity, IRB communications, literature searches, study meetings, operational budgets, and collaboration among clinical, laboratory, research, and community teams. The role requires an in-person School of Medicine Campus position with flexible eight-hour shifts between 7:00 a.m. and midnight, including evenings and weekends.
