Description
The Clinic Research Practitioner provides care to pediatric and adult patients with or without diabetes mellitus while supporting the daily operations and future direction of the Joslin Clinical Research Center. The role oversees adherence to SOPs, Good Clinical Practice, and FDA regulations; develops and monitors clinical research policies and procedures; supports performance improvement and staff education; and promotes patient safety and regulatory compliance. Candidates need an N.P. or P.A. degree, Massachusetts licensure, and strong communication, organizational, and database skills; past diabetes clinical care or clinical research experience is preferred. The role offers a base pay range of $107,536 to $158,496 and may include performance-based incentives and health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
