Spring Health is hiring a full-time Clinical Research Scientist for its Health Economics and Outcomes Research team. The role is fully remote and splits time between clinical research and scientific analysis and research program management. Responsibilities include publishing academic research, evaluating tools and trainings, planning and budgeting clinical studies, tracking milestones and risks, coordinating cross-functional deliverables, and supporting protocol compliance and IRB submissions. Candidates should be licensed mental health clinicians with a PhD or PsyD, have a track record of peer-reviewed research including first-author publications, be fluent in R or Python, and have experience supporting clinical research studies or programs.
