Description
Altasciences is hiring a Clinical Safety Technician to safeguard clinical trial participants and support clinical research operations. The role performs safety assessments, investigational product administration, blood collection, adverse-event monitoring and follow-up, safety-equipment maintenance, participant confidentiality, team mentoring and training, and communication of operational issues while following study protocols, Good Clinical Practices, and standard operating procedures. Applicants need an accredited LVN/LPN, EMT, or equivalent qualification, an intravenous therapy blood withdrawal certificate with an LVN/LPN license, BLS and ACLS certification, and strong communication and customer-service skills.
