Amgen is hiring a Clinical Scientist Director – Late Development Oncology Thoracic to support late-phase clinical development by translating scientific and clinical strategy into protocol execution, medical and clinical data review, data quality, and decision-ready data. The role leads cross-functional clinical trial activities, collaborates with CROs and consultants, supports regulatory submissions, and presents scientific findings internally and externally. Candidates need a doctorate with four years of life sciences or healthcare experience, or a master’s degree with seven years, or a bachelor’s degree with nine years; pharmaceutical clinical drug development, oncology late-phase experience, clinical trial process improvement, and clinical data analysis experience are preferred. The position offers flexible remote and hybrid work arrangements and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
