This position provides short-term direct clinical services to the PAMF Pediatric population, addressing various social, emotional, relational, and mental health issues. Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, delivering skills-based and psychotherapeutic interventions, performing crisis screening and safety planning, coordinating care, providing medication management support, and referring patients to community providers. The role involves collaboration with physicians, psychiatrists, other healthcare professionals, and administrative staff, working as a principal resource for mental health matters.
