Northwestern Medicine is hiring a full-time Clinical Shift Coordinator-RN Float Pool to lead day shifts across the float pool. The role coordinates and monitors patient care, assigns staff based on competency and acuity, oversees staffing, scheduling, documentation, regulatory compliance, patient safety, quality improvement, and staff development, while serving as a role model and leader for RNs and other clinical staff. The position requires a BSN, three years of RN experience, Illinois RN licensure, BLS, telemetry competency, and strong communication and customer-service skills; an MSN, relevant specialty experience, and specialty certification are preferred.
