Child and Family Services is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to lead and supervise outpatient mental health staff, manage scheduling and manpower, conduct performance evaluations, support onboarding and training, and participate in quality improvement. The role also maintains a small clinical caseload involving assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, psychotherapy, case management, documentation, and referrals. Candidates should be licensed in New York State, with LCSW, LMHC-D, or LMFT-D preferred, and should have clinical supervision, assessment, and treatment experience. The position offers a flexible weekday schedule with two evenings per week, hybrid office and remote options, and a salary of $68,500–$78,500 per year.
