Description
The Nursing Administrator will assist the Manager in providing high-quality, cost-effective patient care by directly managing human and fiscal resources and coordinating departmental clinical services. The role includes on-site administrative representation during off shifts, holidays, and weekends, with rotating shifts and weekend and holiday coverage as required. The position requires current Pennsylvania Registered Professional Nurse licensure, at least three years of clinical experience in the supervised area, expert clinical and leadership skills, and ACLS certification; PALS and NRP certification are required for Maternal Child Health, while PALS is required for PACU. A BSN or related healthcare bachelor's degree and prior hospital management experience are preferred.
