Description
The Clinical Supervisor provides clinical oversight and quality assurance for unlicensed and licensed clinicians delivering substance and alcohol abuse services in an OTP program. The role manages OTP clinic operations, supervises and evaluates clinicians, reviews clinical documentation and case records, monitors billing and billable hours, ensures compliance with regulatory and agency requirements, supports training and performance improvement, and contributes to census growth and community relations. Candidates must be a qualified health professional with appropriate certification or licensure, a bachelor’s or master’s degree depending on certification, and at least three years of relevant substance use disorder clinical experience, including one year of supervisory experience. The position includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
