Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: three (3) years professional experience in the treatment or Behavioral Health of substance use disorder treatment
one (1) year professional experience in the treatment or Behavioral Health of substance use disorder treatment
Preferred Qualifications: Thorough knowledge of clinical best practices and techniques as they relate to mental health and substance use disorder treatment services.
Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations of the program to which the associate is assigned.
Considerable knowledge of the methods and modalities as well as the legal requirements and court procedures related to treating mental health and substance use disorders.
Skilled in effective supervision and training methods and principles.
Aptitude to develop, coordinate, and evaluate services within assigned program responsibilities developing and implementing prompt corrective action.
Effectively apply techniques of a complex nature in the treatment of individual clients and groups.
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
