Clinical Supervisor at Centerstone

Centerstone is hiring a full-time Behavioral Health Care Coordinator to provide ongoing case management, assessment, planning, referrals, advocacy, and monitoring for assigned service recipients. The role supervises and develops Care Coordinators, ensures accurate documentation and compliance with contracts, accreditation standards, funding requirements, and agency policies, and supports community-based meetings, crisis prevention, safety planning, and community education. The position requires a master’s degree in a human-services-related field and three years of behavioral health experience; supervisory experience is preferred. The pay range is $48,300 to $67,700, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
