Children’s Services of Roxbury is hiring an Outpatient Clinical Supervisor for its Behavioral Health Clinic. The role provides weekly clinical supervision to direct-care staff and interns, supports crisis intervention and emergency response, ensures compliance with professional standards, reviews clinical records and charting, coordinates quality assurance and staff training, and supports integrated case management and program development. The position requires Massachusetts CANS certification, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, a master’s degree in psychology or a related field, independent licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LADC, and at least five years of postgraduate behavioral health experience serving youth and families.
