Clarvida is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor in Peoria, Illinois, with a hybrid schedule combining virtual mornings and on-site work. The role provides hands-on leadership and supervision to clinical staff, represents the organization in interventions, court hearings, and community meetings, reviews client charts and treatment plans, addresses service complaints, provides direct counseling to an assigned caseload, and participates in an on-call rotation. Candidates need a master’s degree in a human services field, Illinois LCSW or LCPC licensure or the ability to obtain it within six months, at least one year of therapeutic experience with children, adolescents, and families, and a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. The starting salary is $65,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, paid leave, retirement, and other benefits.
