Description
The Clinical Supervisor leads the implementation and oversight of new or innovative clinical services and models of care, supervises licensed staff and crisis-intervention services, supports quality improvement and program compliance, and helps ensure timely access to care. The role also includes staffing, performance evaluations, training, administrative operations, and program leadership. Requirements include a master’s degree in human services, New York State clinical licensure as an LCSW, clinical skills, knowledge of evidence-based practices, organizational and communication abilities, electronic medical records experience, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
