Description
The Clinical Supervisor leads the implementation and oversight of new or innovative clinical services and models of care, supervises licensed staff and crisis-intervention services, supports quality improvement and program compliance, and helps ensure timely access to care. The role requires a master’s degree in human services and New York State clinical licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LCAT, at least three years of experience working with adults living with mental illness, and strong clinical intervention, organizational, teamwork, and communication skills.
