Iron Wellness and Recovery Center is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor to lead and supervise counseling staff in an opioid treatment program and outpatient counseling setting. The role provides clinical oversight, caseload assignment, treatment-plan review, documentation checks, supervision meetings, crisis support, admissions and discharge coordination, compliance monitoring, and staff development. It is based onsite in Trenton and Toms River, New Jersey, with a Monday–Friday schedule and an annual salary of $80,000. Required qualifications include an active New Jersey LCADC license, CCS certification, and at least three years of substance abuse treatment experience, plus two years of post-licensure clinical experience and two years of supervisory or human services experience.
