Description
The Clinical Supervisor leads the Alternative Dispatch Team’s behavioral health crisis response by providing in-person and remote clinical consultation, crisis intervention, screenings, documentation, and follow-up guidance to Behavioral Health First Responders. The role also supervises and coaches staff, reviews clinical documentation, provides required supervision hours, supports training and quality assurance, and coordinates services during high-volume or emergency periods. It requires a master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, an active clinical mental health license, at least five years of relevant experience, and at least three years of clinical supervision or lead clinical support experience.
