Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee and manage clinical programming for a small caseload of children receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. The role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), monitoring client progress, completing documentation, collaborating with families, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
