Forte Behavioral Health LLC is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor to work with the Corona-Norco Unified School District. The role develops and oversees behavior intervention plans, conducts functional behavior assessments, trains and supervises interventionists and school staff, collaborates with educators and families, ensures compliance with IDEA, Section 504, Title 5, and BACB standards, and documents progress. Candidates need BCBA certification, a relevant master’s degree, at least two years of ABA or behavior-intervention experience, and experience with severe behaviors. The position offers $80,000–$110,000 annually plus medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and career growth opportunities.
