Description
Counseling4Kids is hiring a part-time Clinical Supervisor II for approximately 20 hours per week on a six-month contract. The role provides clinical and administrative supervision, coaching, documentation review, performance evaluation, training, and coverage for unlicensed clinician associates, case managers, practicum students, and licensed therapists. The supervisor may carry a small client caseload, provide in-office clinical coverage two to three days per week, and support supervisees’ progress toward licensure. The position requires California clinical licensure, recent supervisory experience, community mental health experience with children, and the ability to work in-office two to three days per week.
