ParaMed is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor to supervise and support nurses delivering community and home-health care. The role includes assessing and evaluating clinical interventions, leading patient safety investigations, supporting clinical documentation, coaching staff, and maintaining safe, ethical, and high-quality care. Candidates must hold current unrestricted RN registration in Ontario, have at least five years of practice experience, and demonstrate community nursing, documentation, leadership, teaching, and critical-thinking skills.
