Description
The RN Clinical Supervisor leads and manages Team Leaders, RNs, LPNs, and CNAs at The Hoy Center, a skilled nursing, long-term care, and memory care facility. The role oversees clinical care, staffing, documentation, regulatory compliance, resident safety, interdisciplinary meetings, staff development, and survey support. It is a full-time night-shift position with a 7pm-to-7am schedule, requiring an active Virginia RN license, at least three years of long-term care clinical experience, and at least three years of healthcare supervisory or managerial experience. Compensation is $48.25 or more per hour plus a night-shift differential, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
