Description
Children’s Minnesota is hiring a Clinical Support Associate to provide safe patient care as delegated by licensed nursing staff and maintain equipment and supplies in the neonatal community. The role supports the Special Care Nursery, Infant Care Center, and Neonatal Intensive Care units and may involve working across different units. Candidates should have completed a nursing assistant course or equivalent experience or a nursing or health care related clinical practicum, hold current Basic Life Support certification, and have strong communication, critical thinking, prioritization, organizational, customer service, computer, and English-language skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and one year of previous Nursing Assistant experience or equivalent experience is preferred.
