Children’s Minnesota is hiring a Clinical Support Associate for its Minneapolis neonatal float team. The role provides safe patient care delegated by licensed nursing staff, supports hospital units other than the Operating Rooms on the Minneapolis campus, and maintains equipment and supplies. Candidates should have completed a nursing assistant course or equivalent experience or a nursing/health-care clinical practicum, current Basic Life Support certification, effective communication and critical-thinking skills, organizational and customer-service abilities, English proficiency, and basic computer skills. A high school diploma and one year of nursing assistant or equivalent experience are preferred.
